Samsung has started rolling out the Galaxy Note 2 Android 4.3 update in the Netherlands and Belgium. It took a while, but the update is available immediately for users to install the phablet. Over-the-air The first reports that the new Android version of the Galaxy Note 2 is fast and stable and that the interface has been improved on several fronts.
