We know for a few months Microsoft is working on a smaller Surface tablet, called Surface Mini. It is not yet clear when this tablet will be presented, but the rumor mill surrounding the Surface Mini comes slowly. Today SlashGear writes that the tablet will be on making quick notes addressed and that therefore he will have a digitizer and probably an 8-inch display.
The digitizer will ensure that the pen-input realistic, pressure sensitive experience will give similar to Samsung’s Note tablets. That would mean that Microsoft is working with Qualcomm’s Ultra Sound NotePad technology or NVIDIA’s Tegra Pen technology. Of course, a proprietary technology possible. The informants have at least know that Wacom is on board to optimize the pen. Experience
Rumor is the design of the Mini Surface match the bigger brothers and Microsoft would also working on similar keyboards and covers.
The Surface Mini is expected later this year.
