So looks like Android 5.0 on Samsung Galaxy Note 3 – Tablets Magazine

Although it takes a while before Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Owners has Android 5.0 Lollipop get, we’re already getting a taste. But until it is so far, Samsung first like Galaxy Note 4 have features Google’s latest operating system.

The device is available since October 2013 and runs natively on Android 4.4 KitKat. Under the hood we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with a clock speed of 2.3 GHz. The memory is 3GB. Furthermore, the device has 32GB or 64GB of internal memory (depending on model choice) and all the connections that you would expect from a modern phablet.
