An IMEI database revealed that Samsung is currently behind the scenes is working on a new variant of the Galaxy S6, and the successor to the Galaxy Note 4, the Note 5 so.
That has SamMobile discovered. The IMEI database, nine new model numbers, always the working titles Noble and Zen used. It is presumed, on the basis of the type numbers, that it to the Zen is a new Galaxy S6-variant and in the Noble there must be the Galaxy Note 5.
The model numbers in question are SM G928S and SM N920F. Those numbers do not deviate much from the model numbers of the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy Note 4. That last example carries model number SM-N910x.
That more variants of the Galaxy S6 arrive there is not such a surprise , because of the Galaxy Note 4 and 5, several versions were released, such as the Active series that is waterproof and can withstand rough treatment. The Galaxy Note 5 on the other hand is as usual expected in September. Samsung has announced four previous Notes always at IFA in Berlin, which takes place in that month.
The leaked type numbers give no indication as to when Samsung will unveil the new phones.
