The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is standard in the Netherlands and Belgium has a fast Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset. In South Korea, Samsung could however already testing with a Galaxy Note 4 variant with an even faster Snapdragon 810 chipset.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 810
The top of the current market for Android smartphones uses Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets. HTC, Samsung and Sony have their smartphones all equipped with Snapdragon chipset and similar plans that still continue to do for a while. Although the step of the Snapdragon 805 to 810 not as a big sound, there is indeed a huge difference between the current top chipset and the chipset that will drive flagships next year.
The Snapdragon namely 810 is a next-generation chipset. First, these 64-bit processors on board and, secondly, these processors are also once again based on a new specification of the British ARM processor designer. These so-called ARMv8 technique provides much better performance in addition to energy savings.
The chipset is like the latest generation Samsung Exynos chipsets using the so-called big.LITTLE principle which combines two quad-core processors used. The first is a fast processor (ARM Cortex-A57 in this case) and the second is an efficient processor (ARM Cortex-A53 in this case). This would have the chipset can deliver good performance, yet economical.
Earlier rumors that the delivery of the Snapdragon 810 chipset would be delayed, were yesterday debunked by Qualcomm, but a Galaxy Note 4 variant with Snapdragon 810 we did not see it coming so fast. In the past, Samsung released faster or earlier versions homeland of South Korea include the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S5.
