Yesterday we wrote about the available update to Android 5.1.1 for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 users in combination with T-mobile . Now the software is also made available to users of Vodafone provider, but also for users of an unbranded device.
The Galaxy Note 4 already runs on Android 5.0 lollipop, but the update to Android 5.1.1 has now already available for users of provider T-Mobile. Users of Vodafone can now download the software, so we read on Twitter. It is also possible for users of an unbranded device to update the software.
The firmware file for Vodafone users include downloadable via Samsung Updates, after which you can manually flashing with Odin. Do not feel like yourself going to go this way, then you will have to wait until the update also Over The Air (OTA) is offered and you can download and install them without the intervention of a computer on your device.
Note 4 is a phablet that was presented in 2014 and has since been succeeded by the Note 5. The device includes a 5.7 qHD display, Snapdragon processor, 3GB RAM and comes with a stylus. The handset weighs 176 grams, measures 153.5 x 78.6 x 8.5mm and has a 3220mAh battery.
