Archos has presented two new smartphones and added to the range, it is the Archos Diamond 2 discs and Archos Diamond 2 Plus. Both devices are categorized phablet but each have their own distinctive features.
The Archos Diamond 2. Note features a 6-inch screen with a WQHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The device is equipped with an X10 processor MediaTek (MT6795) with eight count cores and a clock speed of 2.0GHz. There is 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage capacity available. Taking pictures is possible with the 16-megapixel camera on the back, in combination with the dual-lens array. At the front is placed an 8 megapixel camera. The device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow features 4G connectivity. Despite the name discs, no stylus included with the unit. The unit price is 349 euros.
Archos 2 Diamond Plus
The Archos Diamod 2 Plus is the second device Archos presents today. This unit has a screen of 5.5 inches with Full HD resolution. On the inside of this unit, the French company has opted for a P10 processor MediaTek (MT6755) with eight rekenkerne four with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz and four with a clock speed of 1.2GHz. There is 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage capacity available. At the rear is a high-end Sony cameras placed at 20 megapixels front and an 8 megapixel camera. This unit has a suggested retail price of 299 euros
