The new rumors posted on the Chinese website Weibo. According to this report, the Galaxy Note 6 Lite just like the normal Galaxy Note 6 a 5.8-inch screen. The Note 6 get a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, while the lite version a slightly lower resolution of 1920 x gets 1080.

The Lite version probably also get a slightly less powerful processor, ie a Snapdragon 820 sOC instead of a Snapdragon 823-soc. However, for the European market, Samsung is expected to use an Exynos processor. What processor Samsung will use these models is not yet clear.
