The two variants of Galaxy Note 3 come with more powerful processors Compared to Note 2. Note N9005 3 variant comes with a quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait processor 400 and Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset 800. The N9000 variant comes with a quad-core 1.9 GHz Cortex A15 and quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 processor and Exynos 5 Octa 5420 chipset.
Note 2 comes with a quad-core 1.6 GHz Cortex A9 processor and Exynos 4412 Quad chipset.
In terms of specs, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 may have the best RAM in the market. The device has a 3 GB RAM Compared to the 2 GB of RAM on Galaxy Note 2.

Battery or Samsung Galaxy Note 3 usefull got an upgrade. The device has a 3200 mAh Li-Ion battery, allo wing a talk time of about 21 hours on 3G. Galaxy Note 2 comes with a Li-Ion 3100 mAh battery, All which has a talk time of about 16 hours on 3G.
