‘Samsung Galaxy Note II to Android 5.0 update forget’ – GSM Helpdesk Netherlands

of the now nearly three years old Samsung Galaxy Note II users will be disappointed as possible. Despite earlier reports put out by Samsung Poland that the Galaxy Note 2 Android 5.0 Lollipop update was going to get, Samsung seems to have no update in development.

The division of Samsung in Saudi Arabia via Facebook let know that the Galaxy Note II no update to Android 5.0 will receive. This is also in line with the data available on the software development within Samsung. To date, there are no signals come out that Samsung’s Android 5.0 update Lollipop would have in development for the Galaxy Note II.

In February, Samsung’s message was that the Galaxy Note II received with much skepticism . It is not the first time that Samsung promises an update to an old appliance and this update does not end releases. Samsung usually holds its smartphones to 18 months after introduction ‘up to date’, then Samsung will stop the development of new updates. The Galaxy Note II, this period is already well passed.

The Samsung Galaxy Note II was during its introduction in 2012, the most comprehensive smartphone of the moment. The device has a – certainly for that time – very large HD screen with a diameter of 5.5 inches. Furthermore, the Galaxy Note II was in 2012 with its 1.6 GHz quad-core processor, the fastest smartphone of the moment. Like all other devices in the Galaxy Note family, the Samsung Galaxy Note II is also an S-Pen.
