On the internet leaked photos appeared the update schedule that Samsung would use for its handsets. It looks like the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and Note 5 this year received Marshmallow.
The leaked schedule dates from October 29, 2015 and has a list of all recent smartphones that Samsung released this and last year. It is remarkable that according to the schedule, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and Galaxy Note 5 this year get an update to Android Marshmallow. Remarkably, the ‘normal’ Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge the update will be later in January next year.
