The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 might get a USB Type C port. This is evident from photographs of a screen protector manufacturer. Samsung has been in previous years never gone along with the new connection, the company always worked with micro USB ports.
Evleaks
The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 was recently on display in a tweet of Evleaks. Usually this kind renders his real work and you can assume that this is the final design. Yet the renders only see the front and back. A leaked photo of a screen protector for the Galaxy Note 7 we can also make the bottom of the unit and make it slightly changed compared to the Note 5.
USB Type-C

Yet the most interesting not glass plate, but the USB type c port that can be seen underneath. that is certainly what it looks like, and if Samsung really choose this connection, this is a big step.
Future
USB type-C is a connection that’s been a while in the market. It’s a bit the Android equivalent of the Apple Lightning Cable, also symmetrical. There are already a number of devices on the market with this terminal as the Nexus 5X, 6P and LG G5. Although type C is the future, Samsung was never about the new connection.
Changes
If it is true that the Note 7 gets a USB type C connector will go to change a thing. First, you will not be able to use any random cable at home to charge your phone. This is obviously a matter of getting used to, but micro USB is simply established much more. The second is the Gear VR. Samsung Gear VR now has a micro USB connector and there will have to be a new variant to also support the Note 7.
