 Qantas
They are afraid of consequences during a flight .

the Australian airline Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia have taken measures in response to the commotion about the Galaxy Note 7. Passengers who are in possession of the smartphone from Samsung may not charge the device during a flight.

How long the charge prohibition will be in force is not clear. Samsung currently has already run a recall. The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is currently investigating the problem. They also consider calling for a ban on the Galaxy Note 7. If they come to this decision should then give US carriers comply with the requirement.

The thing is a disaster for Samsung. Competitor Apple yesterday launched the new iPhone 7 and so it is important for the South Korean tech giant to achieve good sales. That is because of the back group action at this time impossible. The whole issue will undoubtedly have an impact on the final sales figures. (Via Reuters)
