As expected Xiaomi has announced a new flagship device: a. The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, which has nothing to do with the Redmi Note . The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro is a phablet with a Quad HD screen of 5.7 inches. This display has a resolution of 1440 by 2560 pixels, with a pixel density of 515ppi score. In addition, we find under the hood the 64 bit Snapdragon 810 processor and 4GB of RAM, making it a true Android 5.0 Lollipop powerhouse. It also has its own sound processor.
On the back is a 13 megapixel camera from Sony and a front Ultra Pixel camera 4 megapixels. The battery has 2090 mAh, which will be apparently the biggest flaw of the phablet. Unless the display is energy efficient and that seems to be the case. In design, you can expect a thin phablet, with narrow borders. Furthermore, the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro 64GB of internal memory and it is not clear yet whether that is expandable with an SD card. The phablet is 3299 yen cost, which is converted 451 euros.
Also Xiaomi is launching a little less powerful variant of Mi Note Pro: the Xiaomi Mi Note. This device also gets a 5.7 inch screen with a resolution of 1080p. The Mi Note gets a Snapdragon 801 processor, clocked at 2.5GHz, an Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB of RAM. This phablet comes in two versions: one with 16GB of internal memory and one with 64GB of internal memory. Both phablets is not known when it comes to Europe, but in Asia they are scheduled for the second quarter of 2015.
