A missed opportunity?
It was perhaps the most talked-about event of 2016 in smartphoneland: the exploding Galaxy Note 7. The sale of the mobile phone was discontinued at the time the iPhone 7 in the shops. Win-Win you would think.
According to analyst Stephen Baker are the facts different. NPD Group, the firm where Baker works, examined the purchasing patterns of Note 7-owners. They had, after all, choose a different device. The research shows that many Note 7-owners, however, chose a different smartphone from Samsung.
