Display
With each new generation of Samsung Galaxy Note has made the display a few inches taller and improved screen resolution. The Galaxy Note 1 had a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 (WXGA HD) pixels, the Galaxy Note 2 was equipped with a 5.5-inch inch display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels (HD ). The Note 3 has a 5.7-inch display with a Full HD (1,280 x 1,920 pixels) display. All Galaxy Note models use a bright SuperAMOLED display with good viewing angles.

Galaxy Note 3 is one of the first tablets (next to Google’s own Nexus tablet) that comes standard with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. The Note 2 comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and Note 1 initially came with Android 2.3 Gingerbread (updates to Android 4.0/4.1 are now available for the Note 1).
