Summary: All rumors about the Galaxy Note 5 – NU.nl

In recent years, the moment of unveiling the Samsung Galaxy Note predictable: during IFA technology fair, early September. This year it is likely to be different, and the high-end phablet Samsung may appear already in August.

Samsung would have chosen it to avoid competition with new iPhones. Apple presents these devices usually in September.

The rumor mill about the Galaxy Note 5 has recently been started. Things like the size, design and other specifications come in the rumors already emerged. Thus Samsung would like the earlier did this year with the Galaxy S6, two version release: a flat version and one with curved screen edges

Create and name

The Galaxy design. Note 5 would be in line with those of the Galaxy S6. That means a casing with metal rim and glass back. This disappears as possible as with the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge the ability to replace the battery itself, and to add a micro-SD card. In the past, artists often sets a different back than the S line from Samsung, which now seems not the case

However, there would then be two new phablets: the Galaxy Note 5 flat screen, and a Galaxy S6 Edge Plus screen with curved edges. Both devices seem to be 5.7 inches to as large as recent discs handsets

Just like the Galaxy Note 5 S6 would be available in four colors:.. Black, white, silver and gold

The name of the new liner Note models remains unclear. The unit with flat screen seems to be called Galaxy Note 5, but Samsung has also registered the name S6 Galaxy Note.

The upcoming discs set with curved screen is referred to rumors Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. In 2014, however, was the first Samsung handset with curved edges, the screen Galaxy Note Edge. Possible follow the new version that extension also in name.



Screen

However, worldwide Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge by Samsung with an Exynos chip released. These devices use an Exynos 7420 chip with eight cores, four 2.1 GHz and 1.5 GHz four.

The Galaxy Note 5 would use the newer Exynos 7422 chip, a chip eight cores. With that chip Samsung combines for the first time several private parts such as the ‘normal’ chip, the graphics chip, the memory and storage. Working memory is as geructen 4 GB.

The Galaxy S6 Edge Plus would in turn be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chip. Furthermore, it would gear including 32GB of storage, a 16 megapixel camera and a rear 5 megapixel selfiecamera almost identical to the regular S6 Edge. However, the S6 Edge Plus would get a slightly larger battery, with a capacity of 3000 mAh.

It is not yet known how much storage the Galaxy Note 5 will get. Nor is it known what camera will use the device. The Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy S6 use the same 16 megapixel camera sensor from Sony.



USB c

However, the Galaxy Note would be 5 the first Samsung device with a USB c- port be. The new standard for USB ports is small, has a reversible plug and unlike previous USB versions only one size

The new standard offers not only opportunities for faster charging also ample options for connecting peripherals, which several devices into one port can be inserted
