‘Edge Galaxy Note sold more than half a million times’ – Tablets Magazine

According to reports, Samsung has more than half a million copies sold of the Galaxy Note Edge : The phablet with the screen on the side. No impressive number next to the Galaxy Note 4, but that does not matter.

When Samsung first showed the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge to the public, no one actually knew definitely what the reaction would be to the consumer. Such a curved display on the side is something else – something strange. Consumers knew this concept at all. Therefore it is not strange to think that Samsung wanted to do initially quiet on the production of the device. But to everyone’s surprise the phablet still doing pretty well:. Samsung sold namely 630 thousand of worldwide

That is, of course, in stark contrast with the results of the Galaxy Note 4 which Samsung sold only in the first month of availability of 4.5 million units. We say deliberately as “results” and not “success” because the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 mainly in South Korea is doing less well than expected. South Korea is also called jokingly Samsung country because it is the home of the manufacturer. Nevertheless, now that Apple makes a furore with the iPhone 6 Plus . Painful.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge resembles specifications so terribly on the Galaxy Note 4, with two main differences that the Edge to make do with a smaller battery and the device of course still a piece of the screen on the side of the phablet has hung. That screen is separate from the big screen where you will normally look at, but offers the buttons within the context of what you’re actually doing. Although both screens are so unrelated, they work well together happily.
