Samsung Galaxy Note will update 4 now extends battery life – Tablets Magazine

Even before the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has been released in all countries, Samsung has been bringing a small but important update for the phablet. The update extends the battery life of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has already received its first update, before the phablet launched in countries other than South Korea. Although the update is nice and small, it is true that he’s of great importance: it lengthens because the battery life of the device. The firmware update, named XXU1ANJ4, weighs about 36MB and also improves further stability. This update should be available to everyone when the four discs released in other countries. Samsung did much the same with the release of the Samsung Galaxy S5, which is also a last-minute software update.

The fact that this last-minute software update is required, it can also be due to the fact that Samsung Galaxy Note 4 previously released – mainly some counterbalance to the iPhone 6 Plus . Currently there are more than ten million iPhone 6 handsets sold – Apple does not however specify how much that is per model. It’s up to Samsung, as a pioneer of phablet, kicking back and that must be done well; the first weeks of its release are very important for a new product. Samsung therefore pulled the release date of the Galaxy Note in Korea 4 forward.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has several improvements compared to the Galaxy Note 3, including the design and display. The phablet still has a 5.7-inch AMOLED display. That’s called a qHD screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Furthermore, the phablet a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with a clock speed of 2.7GHz, accompanied by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage memory expandable with a microSD card. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat over which the TouchWiz interface.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is October 17 from the Netherlands.
