Consumers’ US out sharp criticism of ‘recall’ Note 7 – NU.nl

The safety of consumers is at stake, says the Consumer. That rule must be reported to the US CPSC, a government committee for consumer safety.

Samsung decided Friday to suspend the sale of the Note 7, because some of the units is equipped with a battery that can explode . People who have already bought the phone, get a new one.

That’s according to the Consumers not the right way to solve such a problem. The union noted that the device in some stores is still for sale.
