77 percent of the respondents who remain faithful to Samsung have various reasons why they are in the brand. They appreciate the design, the customization options, better battery life, and the associated cost of the mobile devices of the techbedrijf.
If switching a role to play then it says 57 percent of the participants that the next device an Android device. 34 percent say an iPhone to consider. 21 percent of the respondents had already an iPhone in the possession.
The survey was completed by Americans in the age group of 18 to 65 years of age.
