Samsung has in America now an official statement released. The recall is now officially running for America. Samsung Netherlands has let us know that people with an imported unit can contact customer service. 
Consumers of the smartphone to return to get the money back or can the unit exchange for a new one. Beginning september 21, is expected to be the new ones delivered. Various sources report that there are now in the United States 92 'explodes'.
