The LG G4 may get no metal design, but that does not mean that the Korean manufacturer has been no such device in development. The metal case is kept for the LG G4 Note that later this year.
The LG G4 probably just made of plastic. Korean sources report that LG has decided its next flagship not equipped with a metal housing. Competitors like the HTC One M9 and Apple’s iPhone 6 or go for the premium material, while LG adheres to the same materials as the G3
