Samsung Galaxy Note 2 vs iPhone 5 vs Galaxy S4: Battle Of The Champs - SidhTech

If you’re after a big display, you’ll need to bag an Android device, like the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, for example.

Apple has Increased the size of the iPhone 5′s screen, but it’s still smaller than the average Android.

We now have the Galaxy S4 among us, but this is competing against the iPhone 5S and the Note 3, so we’ll leave it for now.

While the Galaxy S3 thrashed the iPhone 5 in sales last year, the two discs is gaining ground rapidly, and now sells three units for every two Galaxy S2 units sold.

It’s not just about the size of the display, though, if you are thinking of migrating from the iPhone to Samsung.

The Note 2 and the Galaxy S3 look very similar, but the Note 2 has a 5.5 “display, Compared to the GS3′s 4.8″ screen. Both have an 8MP camera, but the Note 2 is more recent, with a more powerful processor.

In the U.S., the Galaxy S3 has a dual-core chip with 2GB of RAM. Internationally, you’ll get quad-core and 1GB. The Note 2 has a 1.6GHz quad-core chip and 2GB of RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has Jellybean, plus the battery life is better thanks to the larger battery. The Samsung Galaxy S3 arrives with ICS but it was updated to Jelly Bean if you are with Sprint, T-Mobile or AT & T.

The Note 2 has much better battery life, and realistically, if you’re after up-to-date and tech specs, you’ll want the Note 2. It is a big device, though, Which might be a problem for some. So, if you’re moving from the iPhone to an Android, and the two discs is a bit hefty, have a think about the Galaxy S3.
