IFA 2014: Samsung presents Galaxy Note 4 phablet – Personal Computer Magazine

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phablet officially announced at the IFA fair in Berlin. The phone / tablet comes in two variants: a ‘normal’ and a version with a curved screen that falls over the edge. The latter is called the Galaxy Note Edge.

Both devices work the same, the curved screen on the ‘Edge’ is the only major difference. The Galaxy Notes are especially suitable for productivity. Therefore, it is easier to multitask, allowing users to switch. Faster to different apps

S-pen

Another important feature of the Note is the improved S-pen, mechanical pen that was also in the previous devices. The S-pen is more accurate, so writing on the tablet is a lot easier.

Pen = mouse

It is also possible to have more. Use the pen as a mouse Thus, users can select easier text, but also several pictures without a having to tap up for one.

Tricky

During the demo, a number of ‘useful’ features shown, including quickly selecting photos and information to then easily to one place to put them. That all seems rather cumbersome, so the only real question is how many users really such a function are desperate.

Notes take

Software-there are also a number of new features in phone, such as a new widget that lets you create a new note very quickly or a voice message can be recorded.

More later

Specs we hope to get later today, but we can fix report that the device has a 16 MP camera and a 3.7 MP camera on the front.

Later today we hope to make the device to work. Keep PCMweb eye
