Samsung has in its Note smartphones becoming the S Pen, but the reason this series smartphones has left his mark on the telecom history is quite different: Samsung ventured in 2011 as the first major brand step towards making devices with large screens and high resolution. The only known manufacturer that just before that step made was Dell with its Streak in 2010, but had a low screen resolution and little success
Where Streak failed, had the Note more appeal:. Samsung shipped approximately a million a month. The Note 2 and Note 3 then were even more successful, but they did not have the impact that the first Galaxy Note had.

Samsung presented at the IFA in Berlin, the Galaxy Note 4 Tweakers took the new Note in hand to see if the Note is especially something of smartphone history or that this is another interesting device will for many people this fall looking for a new smartphone.
