The HTC One is a great handsets thanks to the metal design and the curves, it looks like a premium handset and it is a premium handset. What lets the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 down is the factthat it looks plastic.

Both of the devices are great and Which would be best would be down to the size of the device, the looks of it and how much storage you need on it.
