Xperia S Ultra has 6.4 inch screen and stylus - Nutech

Sony has announced its new Xperia S Ultra-phablet. The smartphone has a 6.4 inch full HD screen and comes with stylus.

Like the recently released Xperia S and Xperia Tablet S is the Z Ultra dustproof and waterproof. With its 6.4 inch size of the unit competes with the Galaxy series of Samsung. Also, these devices are characterized by a large screen and stylus control.
