5 things you should know about the Samsung Galaxy Note 5
There currently is no more day passes without something leaking out of the Galaxy Note 5. Therefore high time for a comprehensive article about the new flagship of Samsung. Indeed, it is almost August 13th.

1. The design

The path that Samsung is stamped with the Galaxy S6 is extended to the Note series. The phone is based on a metal frame, with Gorilla Glass at the front and back side, with which the company breaks with the cheap-looking plastics that has been used in previous Note’s. The bottom has an oval-shaped home button, equipped with a fingerprint scanner where you now only need to put a finger on. Clumsy swipe is history.

2. The display

The screen in its predecessor was a 5.7-inch qHD display with a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels. This sharp AMOLED is still to this day considered one of the best phone screen ever. Samsung is not going to change much on. The display specs in the Note 5 are the same, but they at least made some adjustments to the screen.

3. Processor & amp; Memory

Samsung Galaxy S6 opted not for a processor from Qualcomm, but for hardware in-house. Something that will be the case with the Galaxy Note 5. It is understood that the 64-bit Exynos 7422 chipset with eight cores, all mounted on a single chip, which improves the power consumption. The SoC is equipped with 4 GB of RAM. How high clock speed is not yet known. The storage memory of the phone is probably 32GB for the entry level version, which it remains to be seen is whether the micro SD card slot makes his comeback.

4. No removable battery

His predecessor has a removable battery. Fine for power users who had not enough capacity 3220mAh, because that did not exactly about. The Galaxy Note 5 the battery unfortunately not removable. Immediately followed by a new design with metal and glass. However, according to recent rumors that the battery will have a capacity of 4100 mAh. Should be enough.

5. Keyboard

Samsung wants to Note 5 a success among business users. Not only the S Pen with numerous new features will therefore be present again, it is also working on a Keyboard Cover. A case with a built-in keyboard. It’s been a while since Samsung ventured to the keys. The latest Samsung phone with ‘real’ test is four years old Samsung Galaxy TXT.
