There could be problems with the stylus of the Note 5, as these two ways is stabbing in the unit. This makes the mechanism of the device can break, causing the stylus to remove difficult and so the software does not “know” whether the touch pen is or is not present in the device.
Note 5 Samsung is a high-end device that we in Europe at least for now not going to see. Perhaps that’s just as well, since the designers seem to have something overlooked. Android Police reports that the stylus can be because inserted in two ways in the unit, where that was not the case in previous versions of the Note phablets.
